My cells are vibrating one with the universe.

Just want to say hats off to me for doing the work on myself over the past 2 years to get to the place where I am today. Since becoming a Mother my children have ignited this fire within me to go in on myself so I wouldn’t pass down patterns conditioning or trauma that I’ve faced in my life. It hasn’t been easy. I’ve had to go deep within myself to the scary places I abandoned long ago to keep myself safe. I couldn’t have done it without the support along the way. To the people that have supported me through this journey, I wouldn’t even be here without them. As mothers we can tend to fill the cup of everyone around us while neglecting ourselves. Let this upcoming year be the time you stopped putting everyone else’s needs before your own. You cannot pour from an empty cup only when yours is overflowing can then those around you taste your sweet nectar. 


 After hearing the call of grandmother aya for over 6 years, not forcing anything but knowing when the time was right everything would aligned perfectly. Soul grateful for the cosmos that lead me to Franziska, Brenda, Manari and Simons amazing retreat. Truly life changing. I’m still finding the words to describe this experience. From being so afraid to travel to Mexico alone, missing my kids every minute, and really diving into the unknown and trusting the call of spirit. I’m grateful to say I’ve felt the most support, seen and loved in this environment. My cells are vibrating one with the universe. 


I feel so complete from this experience. Every person I came in to contact with has left a beautiful imprint on my heart. I know this is a forever journey and one I’m blessed to be on as it fills my cup over 10 fold. Reclaiming my Sovereignty, Divinity, & my radiant Authenticity, My prayer is everyone in the world will choose Love always because if we all did that I believe the world will be a much better place for our children and children’s children ♥️✨

This journey was an absolute highlight for me, something I had never experienced before. I felt very comfortable, safe and well looked after throughout the whole trip, and we received a warm welcome everywhere we went. Meeting the people, who were so loving, the hikes, the exciting stories we were told, the mysterious jungle, with its deeply touching beauties and inhabitants. It was quite simply... FANTASTICO❤️🌈” You did a great job as tour leaders. Juan was a very dedicated, lovable and empathetic guide. I really appreciated having him with us and sharing so many stories and information with us. The guides at the different locations were all very friendly and I felt respected. The hikes, stories and their hospitality were wonderful. It was different than I thought 😅. I experienced this kind of ceremony for the first time. It was incredible, I was amazed, I was blown away. I want to experience it again. A great journey group, that made a big difference! One of the biggest learnings: the people there are concerned with fewer things than we are with the countless distractions. They are closer to real life 🤔

This is a life-changing gift to oneself

This is a life changing gift. To oneself and to the gatekeepers of the forest. We are so caught up in the race and pace of the material world and to step out and connect so deeply with nature and its protectors alters one for eternity. It is our duty as humanity to protect these lands and do all we can to support the natives who so lovingly and naturally stand their ground in defense of the Amazon whilst simultaneously creating new ways in educating their children and educating us by letting us in so that we can be touched by their magic. Our trip leaders were a pure gift, everyone of them. I could not imagine ever doing this trip without them. A wealth of knowledge, true knowledge that the world thirsts. Special was meeting the gatekeepers of the forest. With the key insight that it’s my duty to play a part in preserving the Amazon.
